The Department of Foreign Affairs of Beijing Trademark &patent Agency represents the trademark interests of foreign enterprises and individuals throughout China as well as in Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Macao.
We also represent Chinese enterprises and individuals in the registration of their trademarks domestically and throughout the rest of the world.
We handle all trademark matters, including prior similarity search, consultation, application, renewal, change of register＇s name and address, assignment, and other related concerns.
As of this date, we have handled over 3169 cases representing over 1100 foreign enterprises from over 60 countries and territories and have acted as agents for over 106 Chinese enterprises in the registration of their trademarks in nearly 50 countries and territories.
